Moulding Division

The moulding section is equipped with WESMAN’s five pneumatically operated sand mullars and a Pin Lift Jolt Squeeze Moulding machine. Apart from sophisticated and state-of-the-art machinery, SASCOs Moulding Section also comprises well trained, experienced and specialised man-power, in terms of pattern makers and moulders. The process of machine moulding is undertaken in the case of bulk supply and generally on a monthly schedule basis.

• Our facilities involve Manual Moulding & Machine Moulding for the wide range of jobbing items that we manufacture.
• We have DISA make ARPA-450 Simultaneous Jolt Sequeeze Moulding Machines for production of bulk small & medium sized jobs.
• We undertake manual moulding with Eight (08) sets of Chicago Pneumatic make Pneumatic Rammers.
• We have over 1000 sets of moulding boxes of various sizes to undertake both manual moulding of jobs & machine moulding.
