Heat Treatment Division

The company has three types of Heat Treatment furnaces:

• 7 MT capacity oil fired HT Furnace with a unique bottom door water quenching facility for Mn Steel castings only.
• 7 MT capacity oil fired Bogey type HT Furnace with forced air/room temperature cooling for normalising / annealing activities etc.
• Newly installed continuous Pusher type furnace with three zones ; fully automatic temperature control and operation with oil/water/forced air quenching arrangement. Designed for chrome castings and Hi chrome Grinding Media.
